Carling Jones, R.Ac
Registered Acupuncturist
Carling is a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of British Columbia (CCHPBC). She is deeply passionate about helping others achieve balance, healing, and vitality. Known for her compassionate and intuitive approach, Carling creates an environment where patients feel truly seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward better health.
Her practice is rooted in holistic healing and addresses a wide range of concerns. Carling offers acupuncture treatments for various issues, including pain management, stress relief, mental health support, women's health, digestive concerns, and cosmetic acupuncture for skin rejuvenation. She focuses on restoring balance, enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities, and identifying underlying imbalances to promote long-term health.
Carling earned her Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, where she developed a deep understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and holistic healing. She is passionate about bridging Eastern and Western medicine, integrating time-tested techniques with modern healthcare practices to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care. Her goal is not only to relieve symptoms but to address the root causes of discomfort, empowering patients to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and feel in charge of their healing journey.
Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Carling spent much of her life as a high-performance athlete and competitive swimmer. Her background in sports instilled discipline, perseverance, and a deep respect for the body’s resilience—values that shape her acupuncture practice today. After moving to Kelowna in 2019 and then to Victoria in 2021 to pursue her dream of becoming an acupuncturist, she is now grateful to be back in Kelowna, offering her care as part of the team at Brix Wellness.
Carling integrates techniques such as acupuncture, fire cupping, tui na massage, gua sha, moxibustion, cosmetic acupuncture, and dietary therapy into her treatments, customizing each session to meet the unique needs of her patients. Whether someone is seeking relief from pain, emotional balance, or a renewed sense of well-being, she is committed to delivering personalized, heart-centred care that honours the mind-body connection.
Outside of the clinic, Carling enjoys exploring the outdoors with her partner and their Dalmatian, Kylo, or spending time with friends and family. She believes in the importance of grounding, balance, and gratitude—principles that guide her personal life as well as her work with patients.
